Shipping Policy

We want your KartNest order to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's how shipping works.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed, and a tracking update once it ships.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 5–9 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually on the faster end; remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on eligible orders as shown at checkout. A shipping fee may apply below the free-shipping threshold or for certain remote pin codes; this is shown clearly before you pay.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most pin codes for eligible orders, subject to a small COD handling fee where applicable. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS so you can follow its progress to your doorstep.

Delays & Undeliverable Addresses

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, courier constraints, or address issues. If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to resolve it — please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays.
